I find it rather humorous that I had a huge rant about weight loss yesterday and today I find out that JAFAX preparations and the weekend itself meant gaining more weight than I'd lost previously. I feel like eating my own words on this subject.
Hopefully they aren't as fully of empty calories as what I've been eating lately...
